Solved: HP WLAN and Bluetooth Driver issue

My friend bought a HP DV6 laptop and we re-installed the Windows Operating System on his laptop. Later we realized that WLAN and Bluetooth drivers provided at  driver download of this laptop is not really working. Not sure why!

We checked in Device manager to get the Device IDs of Unknown devices (WLAN and Bluetooth). Below said image shows how to find device ids of unknown devices (the image is not taken from the same laptop).

The Device ID we found for WLAN device is:

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_1483103C&REV_01

Solution for WLAN driver issue:

Below said driver downloads solved the Wireless LAN issue on my friends laptop. The drivers are provided below. Installing both drivers solved the issue!.

Download: Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver for Microsoft Windows 7
Download: Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver

Same way, the Device IDs of Bluetooth device is:

USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21B4
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21B4&REV_0481

Solution for Bluetooth driver issue:

Below provided driver solved the issue for us and hopefully it will solve your issue as well.

Download: Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver and Software
